Making Fried rice - Asri Style


Making fried rice is very easy if you know the steps.These are the ingredients and the steps :
First,prepare the ingredients:
2 plates of white rice,2 tablespoons of oil,2 cloves of garlic,5 onions,2 red chillies,1 teaspoon of salt,soybean,sauce,and pepper powder to taste.

Then, the steps are :
  • grind 2 cloves of garlic,5 onions,2 red chillies,and 1 teaspoons of salt.
  • Next,heat a frying pan,and add 2 tablespoons of oil.
  • When the oil is hot,add the grinded of spices and fry until they turn golden brown and smell good.
  • After that,add the rice.
  • Stir and fry for a few minutes.Use a wooden spoon to break it apart.
  • add soybean,sauce,and pepper powder as you desire.Then,stir until the rice cooks well.
  • Put it into  a plate.
  • You can add fried onion,fried egg,some of vegetables or anything that you want.
  • Finally,delicious fried rice is ready to serve.
